When I talked to [redacted] we refunded her $which was all we were able to put back on to her card due to the other amount being older than days and left her refund balance at $I informed her that it would be a couple more weeks before more checks were sent out as we are still working through everythingShe has been sent a check for the remainder of her refund

Revdex.com: I have talked with Ashley from Trail's End Concert ParkLet's be clear about this purchaseI did not give a "fake name and address" when I purchased the ticketThey wanted an E-mail address as well as my address so I gave them my local address and e-mail address which is [redacted] To get a hold of me all they had to do was send me an email and they chose not to do thatIt is not a "fake name"Today, 11-3-I went to the [redacted] as they requested and showed them my ID and ticketThey said Ashley would call me back however, it is now the close of business and I have yet to receive that phone callAs soon as they keep their end of the bargain (the refund) I will let you knowI will not take my time as these people have Regards, [redacted]

I spoke with Mr*** to try and find the issueThe problem was his
tickets were purchased under a fake name, address, and phone number so we had no way to send out money to this manUpon speaking to him I got his order number and cross referenced his account and informationI told him that if he could send a picture of the ticket or bring it to the Trails End Concert Park office to be verified we would gladly refund his moneyWe are looking forward to resolving this problem

This is regarding complaint #I previously stated that I had been in touch with "Ashley" on November and she agreed that she would fix the problem and get my refundBecause of this I emailed Revdex.com and told them the problem was being resolved as Ashley had agreed to send the refund that weekToday, I am requesting that my case be re-opened as it has been weeks and not only have I not received my refund, but I cannot get in touch with Ashley (I call the number I was given, but she has been "out of the office")Any help you can give me in regards to reopening this case would be appreciatedThank you for assistance *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: They stated after the event was cancelled that they would issue refunds within days Their statement overrides the the original terms and conditions When I called Trails End Concert Park to check on the status of my refund, they told me the realtor was the person I need to contact and gave me a phone number for the corporation organized to put on the event They do not give any explanation on why the delay in refunds nor when we can expect to receive the refund thus the reason I'm rejecting this response I would hope they can provide more information My concern is the $ will run out before refunding all of the tickets I would hope those who purchased tickets earlier would be refunded 1st They have had my $ for nearly months
