Dear Revdex.com of Hawaii, My client was correct about there being an extended delay in refunding his money because of my lack of funds I did, however, recently send him the balance of what I owed to refund him His comment about shady practices was unnecessary because I always return his emails in a timely manor and he never talked to me about the nonrefundable portion of the transaction that he mentioned on the complaint I repeatedly said how sorry I was about his wedding getting cancelled and how I understood the delay didn't help things To best some it up, the mid to late summer is normally the slowest time for booking weddings and this year was lower in the number of bookings than normal, hense the delay for refunding his moneyI truly hope he feels better about things now that he's paid back

At this time, I would like to request for complaint ID [redacted] to be closed, without being logged for public access. I can sympathize with the business' situation.
From from my perspective however, receiving the remaining refund amount was not the heart of the issue; but rather that the business did not treat its policies and finances professionally. I will send an email to the business notifying them of the closure.
On that note, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to your agency for help moderating this matter and bringing it to a resolution, thank you.
