Alan is specifically known for buying data and using paypal as his method of payment for digital merchandize. He then charges back the funds after he receives the product –claiming that he did not received what he asked for. It was this practice that got it him involved in several criminal investigations.
IT NET DATA did NOT sell him fraudulent data. He got exactly what he asked for. But then decided to steal our money.
