Rock Solid Countertops

The mistake I made was trusting this company. They did 2 jobs for us over the last year without any problems. The third job has ended with great disappointment and dissatisfaction. I paid them 100% of their estimate up front. I thought I could trust them to deliver and install the counter top on the due date THEY SET. We had the slab delivered to them and then we waited the 2 weeks they told us it would take to deliver and install the counter top. At the end of their 2 weeks of fabrication, we asked when they would deliver and install our counter top. They treated us very poorly and told us it would be ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!! They have been PAID 100% of their estimate and we are held hostage without the counter top they promised! Sad to report this one star review, but they deserve it!
