This matter has already being addressed and resolved through ***. Customer bought an item and damaged it after receiving and wearing it. We, nor the majority of other retailers, do not accept customer damaged items and is clearly referenced in our Returns Policy. There
is no scam on our end, the customer damaged it and refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused

Review: I purchased a purse through Plasticland manufactured by Rock Rebel for $50.00. I used the purse 3 times & it came apart at the seams. I contacted Plasticland & they refuse to stand by the product they sell. I was told to contact Rock Rebel which I did. I supplied them with pictures of the seams of the purse coming apart & requested a full refund. It was denied & I was offered the same purse I already had & that was coming apart. I declined receiving another defective & very low quality purse from this company. They have refused to refund my money along with Plasticland with each company pointing the finger at the other one to take care of this. Neither company has done anything but give me the runaround or refuse to refund my money. I want a full refund for the defective & cheaply made purse. I paid good money for it & received an inferior quality product & horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I want a full $50.00 refund.
