I have had extensions for over years. I HAVE THE CORRECT BRUSH. I used a professional sulfate shampoo one day. I bought sulfate free shampoo and condition the very next day. They were still tangled. I had the extensions examined and they are not full human hair, they are nylon! I had to go to a professional and have them corrected until I could get in and get REAL Human Remi Hair put in. This has cost me over 800.00, of course I liked my hair right after I left, it was later in the day that they were tangled beyond belief and had to be corrected. I will have to contact an attorney if this isn't resolved in this arena. This is bad business and I have a professional hair stylist that can tell you that these were NOT real hair like I was told. I was also told that they were placed too close to my scalp, making my hair come out at the root, and also put way too close together and too many put in my hair. Having my hair cut by *** was the last thing on my mind, when I found out that these were not real hair like I was told. Why would I go back to a business that lies to their clients. I would love to see the packaging that these came in to prove that these were not all real hair. Like I said, I have had extensions for over two years, these did not react the same way that Real Remi hair does. It did not tangle and when I used my EXTENSION brush they were beautiful and felt soft. I braided my hair at night so they didn't tangle, which I couldn't do with these very well due to the excessive tangling. I want my money back. I want at least back. This is shady business and if you check YELP you will see how many unhappy people there are out there from this salon

Neither *** nor I dispute the charges for her services. I would also like to point out that she did include a $tip, so she was satisfied when she left the salonThe problems arose when Ms*** did not follow the instructions. If she had purchased the appropriate brush and used sulfate free shampoo and conditioner the extensions would not have gotten dry. If she had come back into the salon because the extensions were too long, she would have gotten a free haircut. Instead, she elected to have her boyfriend cut the extensions. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that she ended up unhappy with her hair.
Installing and maintaining extensions is something I love to do. The smiles and self-confidence they bring to my customers is something that gives me great satisfaction. I have never had any problem like this before and I know I could've given Ms*** a delightful experience had she followed my instructions and returned to me for any follow-upSincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The real facts are this. I went in to have my extensions put in and had already been charged 70.00 on my charge card and another 500.00 via electronic check that has been cashed and I have proof of that. The extensions are not real hair like I was told, and as of this today 12 have fallen out at the root. I went to an expert in this area last week Friday, and she said these are not real hair or are a combo of real and fake hair. She took over 20 out because they were so close to my scalp my hair was falling out at the root. The claim that I didn't buy her special brush is because I already have a brush that is for extensions. I used Wella shampoo which is a professional product with very little sulfate in it, once. This should not have caused the dryness and breakage that I found in one day. I just want my money refunded. I paid way too much for these extensions only to have to have them removed and put in by a professional. I am asking for 500.00 back. I will be happy with that amount. I never asked for my hair to be returned to the salon. That is not true.
