Review: Business referenced was contracted to furnish all labor and materials to install a driveway consisting of pavers. After less than one year of the driveway being completed, the pavers in the middle of the driveway began to come undone and "pop" up from the surface. The contractor sent over a worker that secured the loose brick and temporarily remedied the situation. Since then, the contractor has closed up shop and moved to South Carolina as he was recently shut down by the State Department for lack of paying income taxes. More bricks have continued to come up and recently, I paid another contractor to repair the latest section that came "undone". I paid another contractor $200.00 in October 2014 to repair the sections that were coming undone. Now, upon the most recent winter weather here on Long Island, the entire driveway is "buckling" and coming undone. You can especially see this where the vehicles go, there are ruts in the driveway, it is horrible. TO remedy the situation, it will have to be taken up entirely and reset onto concrete.Desired Settlement: I do not want this company to perform any further work at my residence. I would ultimately love to be reimbursed for the job as it was never done properly. I am sure that I will have to pay the next contractor double now to remove and reinstall the driveway.
