Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The box office recorded my name and contact information regarding issuing me a credit to compensate me for the higher ticket price that I paid for ticketsSeems very disorganized if your business never approved this action by the box office, but yet the box office was communicating this information to customersYour business is very unprofessional given the fact that I had contacted your business regarding this issue in every way possible and never received a response (voicemails, emails, [redacted] messages)All it took was a phone call or email back to me to explain your policy, which was poorly communicated by the box office in the first placeIt’s very unfortunate that the only way to receive a response from your business regarding my complaint is by contacting the Revdex.comI will never support your business in the future again and will communicate my experience with others on social media so that they never have to experience the dissatisfaction that I experienced as a result of your poor business practices Regards, [redacted]
Hello, We at Rock Lobster Productions would like to dispute this complaintThe tickets to our event went on sale in November at full priceThroughout the time leading up to and during our event we held different promotions and sales that would offer money off the original priceIn our
terms of service and on the tickets themselves, we stated that there would be no refunds offered and that all sales were finalI am not sure why the box office workers would offer a refund but they were not authorized to do so and the information was never passed on to the management.I have included a link to our ticket sale terms of service.***

Seems very disorganized if your business never approved this action by the box office, but yet the box office was communicating this information to customers.
