this customer got postcards every time he called, we did one market at a time, he then decided not to do the business, without any reason, and stopped ordering cardsI personally spoke with him multiple times and helpedprior to this complaint, I only earn if he sells product, I get a small commission from the factory on his volume, so its in my best interest to help, which I didI spent hours in training, he did not follow through with his planI have helped , and so has the factory anytime he needed anythingI can only hope he decides to move forwardor I lose all the time , knowledge I have taught him he has never asked for a refund, and I am very surprised to see him start a complaint, when he stopped working?
