came back to Rock City Chrysler and expressed his concerns about making payments on both vehicles, at that time the dealership agreed to purchase the Ford Taurus to help this situationby no means did Rock City have to do that for Mr ***NY Law clearly states onthe contract that there is NO COOLING OFF PERIODMr *** payoff on the Ford Taurus was $23,and the vehicles NADA Clean Trade In value at the time the dealership purchased the vehicle was $18,That is $5,050,that Rock City Chrysler lost on this transaction to help Mr *** with his situationThe last time Rock City Chrysler spoke with Mr *** he was appreciative that we did this for him.In order to resolve this matter Rock City Chrysler purchased his Ford Taurus so he did not have auto paymentsRock City is also willing to try to trade him out of his current Jeep Wrangler into something different, if that would help his situation

We have had Mr *** Chevrolet Impala into our shop and addressed his mechanical concerns. Mr *** concerns with the bumper paint peeling off are not something the dealership will or is required to address, this is simply a cosmetic issue that could have happened at anytime: ie car
wash, rock chip etc. We did however adjust to positioning of the bumper back into its place, there was a clip that had been broken off at some point. The warranty odometer statement being incorrect was a clerical error that has been fixed on our end and the warranty will be honored at any reputable dealership. Any other concerns from Mr King can be resolved by calling the dealership at *** Thank you
