Review: I hired Rock Bottom landscaping and Fencing for my front yard, back yard job. Job including fix both front and back lawn, remove old cement patio and build new patio both front and back, extend drive way and put new plants. Owner came to my house, gave me estimate and time to start job. I gave him initial deposit and he promised to start job after almost two months. The Day he supposed to start job I took day off but he didn't showed up neither called if there is any reason he didn't showed up. Upon calling he start blaming me that I should have called to confirm appointment. Upon my pressure he sent two workers two days after initial work supposed to start. whenever he will get small job somewhere else he will excuse for emergency and take workers away from my work. Any how he finished job more than promised time. Upon collecting final payment he gave me warranties on the work. Back patio few stones were defective and cracked. I called him to come and replaced them, again upon promised time he never showed up. One day he called me his one of the worker is waiting outside my house to replace defective stones but no one was at home. Few days after three plants from front and one in the back yard died. I called him and he promised to send someone before new season starts. I have been calling/ texting him since April 2015. He always promise and never shows up. I sent him last text on June 24th 2015 and so far still no call back and no one have showed up to replace plants and fix stone patio.Desired Settlement: All I need is he send someone to replace plants, fix chipped or broken stones. He also gave me warranties on patio work and driveway which I feel he will never honor.
