We ordered oil on a Thursday, no one told us they wouldn't be in our area until the following Wednesday or ThursdayWell they did show up Thursday and delivered to our neighbor! Even with detailed delivery instructions they messed upOf course the office was closed and they do not have trucks after hoursWe got in touch with someone first thing Friday morning, they were sorry, yes it was their mistake and we will deliver your oil today, same dayMade more phone calls to follow up, well their phones were down and the service was taking messagesGot home Friday night and guess what! NO OIL...called service again and they had NO RECORD of any phone callsOffice closed for the weekend....temps are supposed to be mid 30's...and they have $of my money so we can't even order from another company
