I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The business has stated that if larger payments can be made than $500/month in order to remit the full payment more quickly it will do so. I found the business to be very cooperative following the complaint, and am satisfied with the current agreement. If the full payment is not received by the end of the agreed schedule another complaint will be filed by myself. However, I have no reason to think this will be the case at this time.
