I reached out to Mr*** about his reservation The trips took place prior to Star Transportation purchasing Rochester Shuttle on 5-12- One of the terms of the sale was the previous owners would assume all financial claims (like his), while Star Transportation would honor all
outstanding trips He also mentioned that the previous equipment was not up to parSince then we have replaced all of the equipment with new vans I offered him a free replacement of his tickets, along with free tickets to use, to which he agreed.He will try our service again in the future and we hope that he finds the new ownership better than the previous.
