numerous delays on the customers part due to her not sleeping the night before and asking us not to come on certain days. Customer requested contractor to not call or knock prior to coming to job, as she is up all hours of the night. Customer continuously called and text after business hours up until 10pm throughout job. Upon job completion Marcia called office and spoke to representative and stated satisfactory of job and that the inspector approved work done. He recommended a more neat caulk line, she also apologized for contacting the office all hours of the night and being harassing. Request of neat caulk line was completed on 2/2/16.
