Rochester Community Baseball Incdoes, in fact, operate the baseball operations of the Batavia Muckdogs baseball club in a city-owned stadium in Batavia. Recognizing that foul balls can land in the city-owned parking lot next to the stadium, a sign is posted at the parking lot
entrance to warn motorists of this Danger(A copy of the sign is attached)There is no charge for parking in this lot. Apparently the claimant does not have comprehensive insurance policy, or has a high deductible level on his policyOur experience has been most motorists do have this modestly-priced coverage. Recognizing the existence of a sign warning customers of the possibility of foul balls landing in the parking lot, it has been our policy not to reimburse motorists if their vehicles are damaged.
