To whom it may concern: In response to Complaint ID and on behalf of Rochester Optical in the matter of MrMarlon Feiger: · Rochester Optical received the return of the Recon jet device and prescription insert on 8/8/from MrFeiger · Mr [redacted] reached out by email to an internal employee in regard to his refund on 8/Unfortunately that employee was out on an unexpected leave for health issues· Another internal employee did respond to Mr [redacted] on 8/31/to address the delay of refund and lack of communication (I have attached that email for your reference)· Our Accounting Team accidently processed a partial refund ($499.) to MrFeigerThis was due to the Recon Jet Device and Prescription Insert being processed as separate orders· Once our Accounting Team was made aware on 9/13/that they did not refund Mr [redacted] the correct amount, a second check was cut for the remaining balance ($199.) on 9/14/ I hope this information is helpful in resolving the complaint filed Best regards, Melissa S
