I am writing to let you know I made an exception to our store policy regarding returns and credits to cards and the issue was...

resolved with the customer and she returned the gift card and her credit card was credited on January 14, 2017 in the amount of $112.73. She told me she would contact you to let you know so that this complaint could be closed and not listed under my business name as I've been in business 15 years and never had a complaint of any kind filed against me.
