Rochelle Hall Apartments

There is no heat in my apartment where my wife and 1 y/o daughter live. This issue has been known since we moved in, to add to that thebaparment was unfinished but was promise to be ready for us to move in but due date was pushed back twice and still wasn't ready once the due date arrived. We used there service website to request things be fixed but we also requested that they were only allowed to enter when we were home because we accused the maintance guy of stealing a light bulb out of our lamp. our apartment stil entered by maintance again after of request no to enter when no one was home. We nowbhavw a camera because we don't feel comfortable. Its more problems and issues with our apartment including our electricity doesn't work properly there are holes around the apartment which has been welcoming mice and roaches.my daughters room has no heat so she sleep in our bed to stay warm. It is now winter time. Its been cold since October since we move in this unit. Now going into January no heat . and we pay our rent every month
