Review: ON FEBRUARY 24, 2014 WE RETURNED A PAIR OF PHARMACEUTICAL RED SCISSORS BACK TO THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY WERE DEFECTIVE. THEY NEVER RESPONDED. AT LEAST 4 OTHER LETTERS WENT TO THEM, INCLUDING THE LAST ONE DATED OCTOBER 1, 2014...AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF THESE FOLLOW UP LETTERS EITHER.Desired Settlement: REPLACEMENT
