Review: Me and my dad paid Mr. [redacted] Roche to fix our heating system. He took our money and never fixed the heating system. I have been asking for the money to be returned but he will not return my calls. I have text messages back and forward between me and him asking for the money to be returned. he acknowledge that he will refund the money but have not done so. We started working with him the last week of December 2013 and went through the entire winter with no heat. I have a receipt of the last money given to him because it was a part he was to get but never got it but the total money paid to him is $520.the breakdown of money give was $40 just to come check out what is wrong. The first amount for services was $200 to fix but he mounted the thermostat on wall and said wait until heat kick in but that never happened. Then he told us we needed a motor and that is where I got a receipt of paying him $280.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded half of the $200 which is $100 because only thing he did was mount the thermostat and the entire $280 for the part. Which is a total of $380
