Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] tried to cover up the damage by sanding the stone before I could take pictures However the ink left stone stained and he removed the non-slip surface from the stone making it slippery and dangerous The picture show the lighter tone of the stone and the round area where the non slip surface was removed He gave me his word that he would fix the damage but then decided he wanted to charge more for the work had already been paid for when I told him the stone would need to be replaced Regards, [redacted] ***

I would like to settle this if you can please ask him for proof of the damage I caused and I would like to see any proof of the damages he’s complaining about
