Review: Company improperly installed a heatpump and refuses to honor warranty or repair unit so that it works properly to heat home. I informed owner that the unit did sound right immediately after install and several times after install but he continued to insist that it was supposed to sound that way. I found out that he had installed two incompatible units between the outdoor and indoor unit. After several attempts to fix it he finally switched the indoor air handler to the correct size but it is still not working correctly. He will not return calls nor answer repeated requests to correctly repair or replace unit which has left me without sufficient heat and sometimes none at all for a majority of the winter. Due to improper installation I am without heat and have sustained outrageous electric bills because of the unit not working correctly. This issue of the unit not working or sounding correctly has been relayed to the owner since the install date of 4/1/13 and problems increased with the heating issues as of October 2013.Desired Settlement: I do not believe that after having the unit inspected by other HVAC companies that this unit can be repaired to work correctly to heat my home. I am requesting that the company completely remove the unit and give a full refund as soon as possible because I have children and can't allow them to live in such conditions. I have had to purchase additional heaters to try to have some type of heat so that my pipes do not freeze.
