Review: I placed an order with Roca wear on 12/**/13 for $113.27. The order number is [redacted]. I have called Roca Wear customer service 3 times and left my contact information and have not been contacted back. I also tried emailing Roca Wear twice asking about my order but still no response. Roca Wear has already billed me for the $113.27 and I would like a REFUND. Roca Wear took my money but will not respond to me when inquirying about my merchandise I purchased.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I will never buy anything from Roca Wear again. I would like a refund Immediately.

Review: I placed an order on December [redacted]at 12:30 in the afternoon was immediately charged. I paid almost $22 for overnight shipping and its December [redacted]nd my order is still "processing" I called the conpany and no answer emailed and no answer. I want a full refund for the product is useless! I doubt it will be here by tomorrow when its needed!Desired Settlement: Id like the product with a refund of shipping or no product with FULL REFUND!
