Rob's Septic Tanks

We are new to homes with septic tanks. All other homes we have owned have been on sewer. We called Rob's to have our tank serviced (no issues, just length of time from previous owner having it pumped) and Jose was our technician. He was amazing! He was patient with our questions, allowed us to see the work he was doing, explained processes and the "why's" behind do's and dont's of septic systems. We never felt we were slowing him down or in his way. As a homeowner, we greatly appreciate the knowledge that Jose shared and his professionalism. This type of work is a stinky job, no doubt, but Jose and the way he represents Rob's Septic was top notch! We will certainly be calling them again when it is time for our tank to be serviced in the future!

Jose, from Rob's Septic, arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our tank has not been drained in at a minimum 4 years, after locating and inspecting my tank, Jose gave my wife and I a rundown on how the system works, he was up front and honest, stating that our tank was functioning properly and was at the proper level. Instead of performing an unnecessary drain, he instead inspected and cleaned the filter, saving us serious dollars. Thank you Jose and Rob's septic. I have already recommended you to my next door neighbor.
