Robs Clock Repair

I serviced clock as all others clock was oiled statement is , clock dial faces are never clean they are handled with whit gloves I told customer his movement was + years old and he had never serviced or oiled it in that time frame ,recommended servicing is every 2-years all I said was if its worn there is nothing I can do except replace the movement he through the tirade cussed at me and hung up I called the customer the next day to discuss this no return call I am issuing a $refund 1/out of 1000's of customers I certainly don't need some one making up things good luck
