Robs Car Wash

I visited this carwash's automatic wash and paid $*** for the Culpeper Special. My truck came out just as dirty as when it went in. I hand washed it today being it was the first chance I've had since then and noticed extremely scratched front and discoloring where the scratches were. These were not there prior to the auto wash and this was my very first time I ever even took it through any auto wash. I left a *** review about how ineffective the wash was as there is no way to contact this business. There are others that have had serious issues with damage to vehicles after reading the other reviews when I was trying to find contact information. If you provide a service that is damaging people's vehicles you need to be held responsible. I need to find out how I can contact these people to file a law suit. This place needs to close.
