Review: I placed an order on 15 May 2014 and have not received my item as of this date. I have e-mailed them 4 times and phoned them 4 times at the number on the web site (714-979-6161), they do not answer the phone or reply to e-mails.Desired Settlement: Deliver the product or refund my purchase price.

Review: I ordered software and have not received it. I contacted RoboBargains (formerly Software Outlet) through their online website form twice and have had no response.

I tried calling the phone number they have listed on their website (http://m.robobargains.com/) and received various messages stating the phone is out of service or receive a busy signal.

I have no way to contact this business and they have not contacted me.

I believe this site to be a consumer scam and possibly fraudulent in nature. At a very minimum they are completely incompetent and purposely make it so consumers are unable to contact them.Desired Settlement: If I do not receive the merchandise today (10/03/2014) or get a refund then I will contact my bank to dispute the charge.
