Robles Holdings Harris County

Renters beware this company Robles Holdings is owned by thieves. I rented from them and I am now taking them to court for illegally keep my $1000.00 deposit for a rental unit at 718 Boundary st. I called the owner to renew my lease and to let them now I wanted to buy a dog. Within four hours a women for the company showed up at my door and gave me a scribbled note on a pice of loose leaf paper to give me thirty days to vacate which I did. I am taking the company to court and I called the female to get her name and she hung up. I called again to get her name and she said no because she was just doing the owner a favor and wanted no part of what Ron Robles was doing to me
The owner Ron Robles would stalk me by driving around my home four to five times a day everyday for the entire year for no reason. He has three adult house cats and smokes old man cigarettes and is now telling me that my dog left an odor. Funny because she was only there for about 7 days. I had my walk through with his niece because Ron Robles REFUSED to do a walk through with me. The niece stats everything was good. I hired professional cleaners to come in to clean, I took pictures because I already knew the owners was DESPICABLE MAN and I took excellent care of the property. FYI the owners did all of this during the pandemic which demonstrates a complete disregard for human beings. Also before I leased the property I to was warned not to do business with this company and that Ron was a despicable person. But I thought I would give them a chance. Save your self stress and avoid this company at all cost.
