First of all it is totally misleading to state that a previous plumber could not fix the problem. That plumber was prepared to fix the valve problem but thought sediment was a factor. Our home warranty does not cover sediment - which proved not to be the problem at all - so they denied the claim. Talking apples and oranges here. I don't see their justification for leaving us worse off than they found us. Theyt are correct in one thing, I don't want them back in my house.

I used Robinson's Plumbing for the first time today, 5/20/14. I was very pleased. They arrived on time, in fact 5 minutes early. The technician, [redacted], was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job and worked very hard. I found the prices to be reasonable and all of the work was performed in the one trip! Great job!!

This is the second time we used Robinson, Daniel was our plumber each time. Daniel is a wonderful polite young man. If you're lucky enough to get Daniel as you plumber.....you are lucky. He leaves no "mess" after he is finish.

I contacted Robinson Plumbing due to an upstairs water leak. The plumber, Johnathan B[redacted], promptly assessed the problem and gave me a repair estimate prior to starting the job. I found him to be very polite and he was very knowledgeable when it came to plumbing repairs. I would definitely recommend this company and their staff to anyone experiencing a plumbing problem.

When we called for service we were told we would have to agree to pay for labor & parts. We unfortunately thought that "labor" would include whatever tools were needed to solve the problem. We were surprised that they charge a rental cost for whatever piece of equipment they use. In our case we were charged for a snake machine in addition to hourly charges, even though it ultimately was not used to clear a kitchen drain obstruction.

I phoned Robinson's regarding a leaky tub faucet. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and thoroughly explained their service policy. I was then offered a range of appointment times. The service technician arrived on time, was also very pleasant and offered solutions and pricing. I made my selection and the work was performed at that time. I will recommend Robinson's to my friends.

Robinson's Plumbing Service, LLC responded to a call for a loss of water (private well) on a Sunday morning (Fathers' Day). We have my bride's 90 year old parents (Both invalids) and water is a MUST. Their technician arrives as promised and made a diagnosis which was for a procedure which was not a plumbing problem and not in the realm of their service. When another company was needed and a call made by them, the problem was ultimately resolved. On a follow up call made by Robinson's and the end result was explained to them, they took immediate action. They are not only a professional service, but an extremely service oriented firm and customer oriented business. I would not hesitate to call them on future needs and would recommend them "in a heartbeat".

On a Sunday afternoon during the busy holiday season we had an emergency plumbing situation. I searched Revdex.com.org for plumbers near my zip code and found Robinson's nearby and with an A+ rating. Within five minutes of leaving a voice mail message I had a return phone call from this company and a promise for a technician to be at my home that afternoon. Within three hours my pipe was fixed by a courteous and personable technician. I will definitely use Robinson's Plumbing again if the need arises!
