Robinson's Plumbing, Inc

Dear Mr. [redacted], having read (part 2) of the original complaint I strongly disagree with it and would like to put this matter behind me. Robinson's Plumbing does not charge for work not done at would have probably provided a refund at first contact however I still don't know who this person is since I only dealt with the tenant who as far as I know is at the job address not the complainant address. Dealing with multiple people in this matter is slowing any resolution and per our discussion today am willing to send refund to original job location not as admission of guilt but to bring these back and fourth accusations to a close. Please be advised that unless there are new developments refund will go out 3-5 business days from this letter dated 5/5/17. Thank you for your help in this matter.
