Review: Screen/storm door installed 2 months ago. Not level...space on bottom and side.... Verbally abused when I phoned for service ... Owner; father and son both put the burden and responsibility on me..." That I kicked the door(several times) ... I did "something" to the speed of closing, the list goes on.... Profoundly disagreeable/unpleasant , in a hurry if he did show...made several phone calls before he surfaced.... His son was also verbally abusive on the phone....expensive door, still not perfect... [redacted]Desired Settlement: Not sure.... However perhaps a refund or a replacement if indeed this door is inferior... And stop raising your voice..I am a (cash) customer....
