I contacted Bob at Windows by Blacketer and received a returned call immediately. I needed a couple of windows replaced due to the seals were cracked and condensation was in each window. Bob came to my home right away. It was a small job, but Bob was both professional and very kind. He was able to use the existing frames and quoted new glass, seals, and grids for both windows. I was very pleased with his quote and we proceeded with measuring the windows and he said I will call when they are complete. This process was so quick and I was impressed at how timely everything worked out! The windows are awesome! They look great! I will have the remaining windows done in the spring next year! I would highly recommend, Bob. He is very careful of your home and covered my new floor and cleaned up. His work is awesome. Even though it was a small job I could not be happier. He takes his work very seriously.
