Lets start with the bid, get it in writing when dealing with this company. I was bid $1000 dollars to replace a Mobil home water heater and repair damage to the supporting floor. Work day. they showed up to refresh the memories regarding the job. Approximately 4,5 hours latter they returned. They came unprepared i.e, lack of parts and laborers to install heater. After finishing the job with help from my crew doing another job at the work site I got the bill. Not only had they reused most of the original plumbing (1982 model year) but failed to replace the flex gas line. I was informed that" I " should replace the line. Then came the bill. The bid was $1000 dollars and the bill was $1235.00. When I asked why it was difference than the bid the response was additional parts. Really, after all the years they claim to have done business, all of a sudden then aren't able to make accurate bid?.
