I used Robinson's Plumbing for the first time today, 5/20/ I was very pleased They arrived on time, in fact minutes early The technician, [redacted] , was very nice, knowledgeable and professional He did a great job and worked very hard I found the prices to be reasonable and all of the work was performed in the one trip! Great job!!

I contacted Robinson Plumbing due to an upstairs water leak The plumber, Johnathan B***, promptly assessed the problem and gave me a repair estimate prior to starting the job I found him to be very polite and he was very knowledgeable when it came to plumbing repairs I would definitely recommend this company and their staff to anyone experiencing a plumbing problem

Robinson's Plumbing Service, LLC responded to a call for a loss of water (private well) on a Sunday morning (Fathers' Day)We have my bride's year old parents (Both invalids) and water is a MUSTTheir technician arrives as promised and made a diagnosis which was for a procedure which was not a plumbing problem and not in the realm of their serviceWhen another company was needed and a call made by them, the problem was ultimately resolvedOn a follow up call made by Robinson's and the end result was explained to them, they took immediate actionThey are not only a professional service, but an extremely service oriented firm and customer oriented businessI would not hesitate to call them on future needs and would recommend them "in a heartbeat"

I phoned Robinson's regarding a leaky tub faucet The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and thoroughly explained their service policy I was then offered a range of appointment times The service technician arrived on time, was also very pleasant and offered solutions and pricing I made my selection and the work was performed at that time I will recommend Robinson's to my friends

This is the second time we used Robinson, Daniel was our plumber each timeDaniel is a wonderful polite young manIf you're lucky enough to get Daniel as you plumber.....you are luckyHe leaves no "mess" after he is finish

When we called for service we were told we would have to agree to pay for labor & parts We unfortunately thought that "labor" would include whatever tools were needed to solve the problemWe were surprised that they charge a rental cost for whatever piece of equipment they useIn our case we were charged for a snake machine in addition to hourly charges, even though it ultimately was not used to clear a kitchen drain obstruction

On a Sunday afternoon during the busy holiday season we had an emergency plumbing situationI searched Revdex.com.org for plumbers near my zip code and found Robinson's nearby and with an A+ ratingWithin five minutes of leaving a voice mail message I had a return phone call from this company and a promise for a technician to be at my home that afternoonWithin three hours my pipe was fixed by a courteous and personable technicianI will definitely use Robinson's Plumbing again if the need arises!

We are very sorry, Mr*** feels as though we have ignored himIn this very unfortunate circumstance, we would like to state that the call, was never described as a free estimateWe have a $evaluation which allows us to come to the client's home, evaluate the problem, give options to repair or
replace with an exact price to do the job at that time. After hours of the tech trying to fix the pressure, he replaced the cartridge, but was still unable to correct the pressureThe tech did not charge Mr*** for the $partThe tech did advise of what would fix the problem and quoted a price for each option, but Mr *** declined the serviceMr*** also stated another plumber had been there before us and could not fix the issueWe offered to come back, and to send another technician, but Mr*** stated he did not want us to come backWe are more than happy to do the quoted work, if he would like us to come back to do soMr*** was never charged any labor or for any material, only the $evaluation fee
