We regret that we did not keep our commitments to the customer and were unable to meet her expectations. I did contact her on Saturday 8-27-2016 to schedule her roof work for the week of the 0f August 29th. She stated that she was no longer in need of our services. We strive to meet the goals of our...

customers and our own standards, and again we regret that we failed with this customer.
