Good Morning,I responded to this complaint the same day I received the letter on Thursday October 13, 2016.I went to [redacted] **unit located at [redacted] I took pictures of the a/c and the problem areas in his unitHis complaint was the leaking a/c unit and the roaches in his unitUpon further inspection it appeared to be traces of roach infestation in the only bathroom, hallway upper left hand corner, the right side of the kitchen ceiling in two placesThe kitchen closet where the water heater is stored showed signs of filth which included food particles spilled liquids possibly juiceThe back wall had juice stains and the stove on both sides had caked up grease with food particles and dirt attachedThere were live roaches crawling from inside and between the cracks of the counter top and stove itself.I suggested a deep cleaning of his unit before I could send pest control in due to the fact of time being wasted because the unit wasn’t cleanI stated after it was done to notify management and I will inspect and then schedule pest control to treat his unitI have pictures if neededHis is currently on the list for new a/c units because he has a very old unit and the parts are no longer being manufacturedPlease feel free to contact me if you have any more questions or concerns
