I had Robins Plumbing plumb in a garage sink for me. They did a great job, were on time, efficient and customer friendly (including allowing the customer to see the work and explaing what they were doing). Their pricing was reasonable, too. Overall it was a great experience and I would trust them with my plumbing needs.

Robins plumbing went out to a tenant property to fix a leak under the sink. They found extensive damage under the sink. There was no communication with the plumber and all the issues were fixed without approval. The cost was well above standard pricing and put my company in a bad spot with the homeowner I was representing. They told me they were sorry about the miscommunication, but said I was stuck with the bill. Maybe some customer service training. They are very good on the upsell.

We had a water problem in our bathroom. My insurance representative referred Robin Plumbing. I called, got a time frame of 2 hours, and Brian arrived within that 2 hours. No waiting around all day. Our plumber was able to resolve our problem efficiently. He was very professional, courteous, was excellent at explaining our situation. Thanks Brian!
