I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account for over a week now,. I followed all their security protocols. Sent them my pics of my pa d.l.
I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account. I sent them repeatedly pictures of my pen. State d.l. they have my accont information from both banks I deposit my funds from. Everytime I attempt to withdraw I get a error message. "Withdraw disabled" need more info. I have contacted them over 10times via email. They said they fixed it I even got emails stating the withdraw was initiated. But the funds are still present in the account. And still receive withdraw failed notices. I'm done dealing with them and the app. I want to remove all funds and have them transferred to my bank or banks.
They have given me little to no real help. I understand it takes days to process the funds. But their is no sign of the process proceeding. .
I want all my funds deposited in to my account. I will seek the stocks I have purchased. I want them to pay any taxes associated with the withdraw based on the tax code for investments. All the funds I gained are mine that I accrued while using their app.
I initiated 2 purchases of stock from my business account which I immediately cancelled.
On 6/18 Robinhood still tried to take the funds out of my account causing my account to occur 2 overdraft fees. This should never have happened when I cancelled the request. They have no phone number to contact for support. This should have been a red flag to me. I am highly disappointed as I have had no issues with my bank account until dealing with this company
I would like the overdraft fees credited back to me. I would also like to know how to transfer my funds out of this Robinhood account as there is a waiting list for a debit card
They have a complaint or customer service number but that number refer you back to their website.
Hi, I opened a Robinhood account based on my kids recommendation on the iPad and deposited $100 to it. I can log in to the account but don't have the option to trade stocks or do any transactions. My daughter told me maybe the app is for mobile phone only. I installed the app on my iPhone and since I had already opened the account on the iPad I expected to be able to use my username and password to login, but I couldn't. After many tries to login, I decided to open an an account all over again. The process went through without telling me that there is already an account under my information. So I linked my bank and transferred another $100 to this new account. Then after few days I tried to login to my account on the iPhone. This time I got logged in. However it says my account could not be activated and I need to contact customer service. Since I had already complained about why my iPad account didn't work and had to open another account, I decided to call them. I was happy that they actually have a phone number listed, of course not on their app's customer support. I *** it. When I call the number there is no options to talk to anyone. There is not even an option to leave a message. I couldn't find an option to close my account either when I log into my account on the iPad. I hope you guys can contact them and have them close my account and transfer the money back to my bank. I'll stick to my good old Fidelity account.
Thanks
I like them to close my account and transfer the money back to my bank.

I have been able to withdraw my money and I will close my account. You can close the case.
Thank you.
No contact back from company, just automated emails.
I have a robinhood stocks account under ***@gmail.com that is supposed to be deactivated and deleted. I would like to pursue my stocks and investing under the email ***@gmail.com however when I log in with the email I want to use it says there is a restriction on my account. I've reached out multiple times (over 15 times) I just keep getting an automated email from robinhood.
I would like for the INCCORECT email ***@gmail.com account to be deactivated and deleted on robinhood and for the CORRECT email ***@gmail.com account to have the restrictions lifted so I can you that account.
My Robinhood stock trading account is frozen. They don't have a phone. I want my investment money back in my bank. They gave me a code...***.
I opened my Robinhood trading account about 6 weeks ago. A month ago I noticed someone hacked into the Robinhood account and my bank account, I immediately informed Robinhood and they restricted my account.
Now, over a month later they have my money against my wishes. They deliberately dont have a customer support phone line. They refuse to communicate directly with me about returning my funds to my account.
Every time I write to them an email, they send back a robotic reply blaming the Corona Vitus for their inability to help me.
I believe they are fraudulently taking client's money and using it for their own desires. I am sure that I am not the only one to fall for this scam and I very much need my money back but I don't know who to turn to for help?
They assigned me a claim number... ***. I don't believe they are truly trying to resolve my case.
I hope you an help me with this urgent matter. They have $6,090 of my savings which is a serious issue in any business or society.
I want my money refunded back to my bank. I don't want to do business with Robinhood ever again. $6,090 is the amount I trusted to put into their "Securities and Exchanges," trading account.
Robinhood has no contact number. Is claiming I owe money while showing a positive balance. And blocking my ability to withdraw my money
I attempted to make a deposit to Robinhood on 5/27/20 which was reversed by my bank. To resolve the issue I sold the shares that I purchased with the deposit they gave me. I settled the negative balance and now showing a positive balance while demanding I redeposit money to be able to use their services. At this point since I show a positive balance of 1210,70 dollars USD I would like a complete withdrawal of my funds and to close my account with Robinhood which they won't let me withdraw MY money. Essentially stealing 1,210.70 dollars USD
To allow me to withdraw my 1,210.70 dollars USD and to close my account
I am attempting to withdraw cash and funds in the four figure range and I'm being denied the ability to do so without any legitimate explanation.
As of May 19th, 2020 I have reached out to Robinhood (several times in a day) to request funds to be transferred back to my checking account. It took Robinhood nearly two weeks to respond and the only thing they've said was "At this time, your account requires additional review. I'm escalating your case to a higher level of support." This is unacceptable, my account is cleared and by law I'm allowed to transfer cash back to my checking account. They're denying my right to do so. At this point, I'm looking to transfer all my assets (cash/securities and equivalents) to another brokerage account. I except the "transfer fee" of $75 to be waived in order to transfer these funds given the "opportunity cost" and significant inconvenience I've incurred.
I expect my assets to be transferred to my brokerage immediately (which my brokerage will be contacting Robinhood to set up the transfer) as well as the $75 "transfer fee" to be waived.
They promise you a free share of stock for opening an account, no investment required. But if you don't invest money you don't get your free stock.
They send you a text thru a friend offering you a free stock share for signing up with their phone app. When you download their app and sign up they ask you to invest money/ buy stock. If you don't invest any money they come up with one excuse after another to not give you your free share of stock. I would ask that they quit their fraudulent advertising.
Stop their fraudlent advertising.
I did four money transfers from my Wellsfargo account to my Robinhood account and they missing $800 of the total transfer.
In April 23 I made two money transfers from my Wellsfargot account to my Robinhood account, one transfer of $150 and other transfer of $650. For a total of $800 on 04/23/2020.
In April 24 I made two more transfers from my Wellsfargot account to my Robinhood account again. This time were $500 and $580 for a total on that date of $1080.
The problem is that Robinhood issued a first deposit of $800 on 04/29/2020 which match with the transfers made on 04/23/2020. And also they made in advance one time deposit of $200 and a final deposit of $80 out the $880 that were pending from transfers made on 04/30/2020. There still owing me $800 that haven't been deposited yet.
Deposite the What I request from Revdex.com to help me contacting them (Robinhood.com team) and ask them to double check very detailed all transfers vs absolutely deposited made. Please, checking on detail of the absolutely the money that was deposited, because on 04/30/2020 they only deposited $80 out of $880 that were pending.
Robinhood Securities charged me for Robinhood Gold status. When I canceled a day after the renewal date, they did not refund the cost and promptly disabled the Robinhood Gold feature for the billing period in question (even though I had paid for it). When I tried to sign back up (thinking that I had already paid for this feature), Robinhood charged me once again, essentially double charging me. I find their practice to be unscrupulous and their customer service is terrible. There is no contact phone number. Communications can only be done via email.
Product_Or_Service: Robinhood Gold Status
Other (requires explanation) Either reinstate the Robinhood Gold status for the period (Apr 26, 2020 - May 25, 2020) that I already paid for or refund the amount ($5) that was deducted from my account.
