I have a Product/Refund/Customer service complaint on *** Canu/Business Owner of Doctor Rooter On Aug Doctor Rooter was assigned to my plumbing problem from Choice Warranty Aug He diagnosed my problem as a ruptured pipe causing the problem which I already knew from last year but needed a 2nd opinion He then stated if I paid him $to take a pic under the house and he seen that it was also ruptured he could file a claim with my insurance company and reimburse me so I reluctantly wrote the check because I desperately needed my plumbing fixed In the end he never gave the insurance a copy of the picture and they also denied the claim After that I asked him to give me the picture since I paid for it because I was going to get another contractor to access from the picture and maybe appeal the insurance company (I never shared that with him) But instead "***" kept avoiding me and never responding to my texts and I had to always follow up with phone calls and every ti
