Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2016/10/24) */ In response to this claim, the patient was seen on 08/31/for impression for custom abutment and implant crown For all implant services, the patient is to pay their portion of expenses prior to receiving care,which is office policy for years On 09/20/the abutment and crown were delivered Upon completion of that appointment,when checking the patient out at reception, she was made aware that the claim was still in process at insurance and once the claim was returned completed, we would refund her if there was a refund available Following that appointment,on multiple occasions, it was explained to the patient that once the claim was completely closed any refunds would be taken care of by multiple staff members As I am writing this response, the claim has still not been closed with insurance due to a question regarding the specific tooth number Once this insurance claim is completed and closed any refunds or additional copays will be done to return the account to a [redacted] I anticipate this insurance claim being done in the next week or so, and the patient has been told this by my staffonce done, things will be balanced as explained to her multiple times I am sorry for the delay with the insurance claim, but I hope this will be remedied very soon
