I ordered clock oil from Robin Berry How to repair clocks, the web page said I could send a check or credit card, I did the check. This was sent in March 19, 2015 ($28.94). My bank statements show the check was cashed. Here it is August and two letters later one letter was sent by registered mail. I still have not heard anything. They have no phone, it was disconnected. I want my money back. I am ready to contact [redacted] at [redacted] the TV station in Charolette NC.
