Robesmith

I went online to order my husband a robe for Valentines. Paid them. Have not received the robe. The only contact information is customer service . I have sent emails almost every day and no response. When I do a search, no phone number for this company. I don’t think this is a legitimate company it looks like. I’m so upset. There website is a nice one but not sure viable. What can I do about this robe and company and them taking my money. Thank you
