This response is very vague and irrelevant in terms of the complaint submittedThere is no resolution hereThe said contact person, *** *** will not provide any information and has been a huge part of this complaintIt is degrading and insulting that this company is asking me to call the person who has created said complaint and who continues to fail at returning my callsAgain, this company is terrible!! Why do I have to continue to jump through hoops with them?? They have already claimed to look at it several times when I took it in starring back in November 20** and stated they will not fix it nor would I be able to prove it's messed up due to there work they did on itI feel like they refuse to fix there mistakeI would just like to have my car fixed due to there mess upThe service department is the only problem with this companyI feel they should have to fix my car
