Please accept our praises on your Secura's Travel Rescurer policy. We received this coverage along with our home owners policy. My wife and I were vacationing in Kauai, Hawaii. Unfortunately my wife slipped in the shower and injured her leg badly. Not knowing what our Secura Rescue policy covered I called Dawn, she said , let me call Secura and get a rep on the line. Dawn called back in 5 minutes with a very effient rep. Who explained the terms of the policy and assured us Secura would make and pay for our travel home.Secura checked my wife's progress every three or four days. When my wife's release date came near, Secura gave us choices in the air schedules, this was no easy task as Kauai is a small island and you normally have to travel via Honolulu . They were able to book us out of Kauai to L.A. And on to to Minneapolis. This was all first class And no charge to us. Dawns help and Securas help and knowledge was excellent . Thanks Dawn and Securia. A benefit every person should have if they travel.
