What I like about Kitchen Designs is the complete service - from working with me on the design to completing all the work that need doing - electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc They had ideas and I had ideas and it was a collaborrative effort The result was fantastic and we are very happy.The result Get good comments from visitors!
We used Kitchen Designs through our contractor, *** We worked with them on the design of our kitchen space and the selection of cabinets and counters - they then ordered them from Decor and the granite company Working with James (who answered technical and other questions, did the costing, and dealt with Decor) and Cindy (design) was great all round Cindy was great to bounce ideas around with in sorting out best use of our galley kitchen space in an old Wolseley home, as well as materials She did plans, then we critiqued them, and she made more changes - always very willingly, quickly, and with ongoing great insightsBoth James and Cindy were always so accommodating, warm and friendly, and straightforward about everything (including costs) We were totally "no granite" to begin with, but a conversation with them totally changed our tack and we are so glad we did! There was no "upselling" - in fact, when we were deciding between some options, they made clear we really did not need the upgrade for the quality we wanted How refreshing is that? A problem (not their fault!) did arise with the delivery timing of the cabinets and as soon as James knew about it, he personally came to the house to tell us and to do whatever was necessary to bridge the situation (the old kitchen was already out and it would be weeks until the cabinets would arrive) James came and personally installed a temporary kitchen set up for us which enabled some family visit plans to go forward without hitchesWe were very grateful When they arrived, one cabinet was built incorrectly - it was promptly replaced, no fuss at allThe cabinets were cherry - my brother in law, who works in wood, was a bit worried about how the "grain matching and colour matching" would go, as cherry is quite variable (one of its beauties) Excellent choices were made in putting together wood panels that complemented each other in colour and grainReally impressed by Decor
I would highly recommend KD and their team - they are forthcoming, do exactingly good work, are good at communicating, and even after the fact have been available with follow up questions, etc Super great people, good cost on the product too And - months on - an excellent product Loving our new kitchen
My work truck had a leak with the transmission the first shop I took my truck to Economy Tire also located in Ozark Missouri told me I could they could not fix my truck because they did not have the equipment to pull my motor to fix the leak was going to take to hours they suggested go Automotive I took my vehicle to go Automotive on 6/11/and they added more fluid and told me everything was fine when I would come to a stop the vehicle started smoking when I noticed this I took it back on 7/6/ to the shop they then replace the pan and drove it when I picked up my truck they said they had drove it it was running great and it was not smoking at that time I ask them if all my gears were still there the mechanic stated yes
the truck still wasn't fixed so I took it to another mechanic this mechanic had me come up to take pictures of my truck as it was tore apart because there is so much transmission fluid all the way back to my exhaust pipe and my tailgate and all over the frame
My kitchen renovations were completed in a timely fashion and I'm pleased with the results Follow up to finishing touches took longer Contractor was friendly and very helpful
