I haven't been paid a penny on this job from two months ago, and the contract is for $21,000. On the back of my contract, it says I'm not responsible for the concrete driveway. The homeowner saw the truck go on the neighbor's driveway and...

never said anything to me, because I did theirs before his. We did 30 jobs in the neighborhood, and his is the only one with a broken driveway. I explained to him the reason the driveway cracked in that spot was because of in between the wood flaps. I called three different concrete guys who said the same thing - the wood in between would make it crack. We don't know which truck broke the driveway, but the concrete contractor for RP Lumber who delivered the materials was going to fix it. Because the homeowner couldn't find any accreditation on him, he didn't want him to do it. He is a commercial concrete guy and doesn't need to advertise. The concrete guy from the materials' supplier would be the one doing the work.

Mr. [redacted] believes this is an error because he says both he and the consumer are waiting on the prior siding contractor to replace the siding on the home and garage so the customer can keep her warranty. He said once their portion is completed he can do it job.
