An Android TV Box MXQ pro was brought to us for programming, We did the programming (the box was working, or we would not have be able to program it). The charge for programming was 40.00 plus tax =- 46.00,
The customer picked it up and later that day brought it back dead. It worked when it left...

our store. We offered to see If we could repair it, but it is unrepalrable. We offered the customer a return of her money paid OR to purchase a used TV box at an additional 60.00 plus tax for a total of $115,00.
We do not know what happened after it left our store and when it was brought back, It could have been dropped or the wrong power supply may have been plugged into it, or maybe it just failed at that time.
