Looking for a payment from the dealership for holding my vehicle for days without my permissionI have sent an invoice and still no check On 02/24/2018, I purchased a brand new vehicle; a [redacted] from Robert's Toyota at [redacted] Columbia, TN XXXXXI went there to purchase a used vehicle with my trade in, a [redacted] and a $cash down paymentMy dad and I picked out a couple trucks we had in mindDue to the price range we were looking for our salesman [redacted] *said that with the monthly payment we wanted he could get me into a new car with a lower payments than buying the used truckSo we decided to take the new vehicle and I gave [redacted] all of my financial documents including my check stubs and application as well as my car keys to the trade in vehicle my [redacted] registration and title to the [redacted] Finally after about 1/hours of waiting for the OK from the financing dept at the dealership we were able to f

roberts toyota delivered my truck with options not furnished,installed or provided as agreed upon The Truck was purchased by way of telephone and emailRoberts Toyota had to order the truck because they did not have one available with all the selected items that I requested I went to Columbia Tn on 4/1/to pick the Truck up and when I got there Roberts Toyota had drove the Truck from BOwling Green Ky which put a total of miles on my new Truck which I assumed that there would be zero miles on a new truckAfter looking and comparing the Truck Sticker that was sent to me prior to picking up the truck by email and the sticker that was on the Truck there was no Oval Tube Steps/Chrome on either sideThey admitted at this time that they had picked up the wrong Truck and they would compensate and pay me $for the steps.After taking home the Truck I found that Exhaust tip was not on the Truck either I also looked over the bill again to make sure that I had received my $

I spoke to someone on the phone about a vehicle I wanted and gave them all my infoThey passed me off to another salesperson who called me and again asked for all my details and what I was looking forHe called me shortly after and said they couldn't make the deal workNo big dealFour hours later the first person I spoke to called and said they figured out how to make the deal work and told me the details, we had a dealI gave them my social, personal info, work info, etcand told them I would head that wayminutes later a 3rd salesperson called asking me for all the same info I gave the previous twoHe said he would have to get with the sales manager to see if they could work out a dealConfused, I immediately called the previous sales person, she put me on holdThe sales manager picked up and basically said the sales people I spoke to had no idea what they were talking about and that the actual cost of the car would be a lot more than the two different prices that other sales people told meFrustrated, I ended the conversation, called back and spoke to the general managerHe told me the previous four people didn't know what they were talking about and gave me a completely different paymentI asked for a call back from the owner but obviously I received no responseI understand if they can't work out a deal but it was complete incompetence from everyone I spoke toI highly recommend you stay away from this place! They will waste your time, passing you between people who don't know what they're doing

I recently purchased a vehicle from Roberts Toyota in Columbia TN and have some issues with a car I try to talk to the Diller because the estimated cost of the repair is close to $and dealers answer was that I refused a warranty on the vehicle but when I was buying a vehicle I told that warranty bumper to bumper only cover wiring issues never was told it covers sensors, motors or anything like that I'm not happy about this and will take them to court I have a meeting with my layer Monday morning and the ripped me off when I traded my car the because the use fake blue book you all need to be careful will keep you up to date on this issues

I spoke to someone on the phone about a vehicle I wanted and gave them all my info. They passed me off to another salesperson who called me and again asked for all my details and what I was looking for. He called me shortly after and said they couldn't make the deal work. No big deal. Four hours later the first person I spoke to called and said they figured out how to make the deal work and told me the details, we had a deal. The sales manager picked up and basically said the 3 sales people I spoke to had no idea what they were talking about and that the actual cost of the car would be a lot more than the two different prices that other sales people told me.
