Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company states that "this was not a call they took," there was a period of prank calls and that they would "never do this to a potential customer." Well, they did this to a potential customerThis potential customer called, separate times in fact, was told that there would be a response, and received no responseTo claim a "period of prank calls" and that they would "never do this to a potential customer" is completely inexcusableI spoke to two different Pop-A-Lock employees, and have the call records to verify that I indeed talked to Pop-A-LockThis response is a pathetic, deceitful attempt to avoid a legitimate customer complaint based on an oral contract and justifiable reliance on that oral contract, not once, but twice, and the contract was breached both times by the companyThere is no excuse for breaching a contract twice, leaving a person stranded outside their vehicle on the coldest day of the yearTo provide no remedy at all, claim the calls were never received, that "prank calls" are to blame, and insinuate that my claim is false, is not only offensive to me, but extremely revealing of the poor quality of the business that Pop-A-Lock of Indianapolis is running, refusing to take responsibility for their missteps and failures Regards, [redacted] ***

have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company states that "this was not a call they took," there was a period of prank calls and that they would "never do this to a potential customer." Well, they did this to a potential customer. This potential customer called, 3 separate times in fact, was told that there would be a response, and received no response. To claim a "period of prank calls" and that they would "never do this to a potential customer" is completely inexcusable. I spoke to two different Pop-A-Lock employees, and have the call records to verify that I indeed talked to Pop-A-Lock. This response is a pathetic, deceitful attempt to avoid a legitimate customer complaint based on an oral contract and justifiable reliance on that oral contract, not once, but twice, and the contract was breached both times by the company. There is no excuse for breaching a contract twice, leaving a person stranded outside their vehicle on the coldest day of the year. To provide no remedy at all, claim the calls were never received, that "prank calls" are to blame, and insinuate that my claim is false, is not only offensive to me, but extremely revealing of the poor quality of the business that Pop-A-Lock of Indianapolis is running, refusing to take responsibility for their missteps and failures.
